Data Box in the Czech Republic

  • The Data Box is a government tool similar to email, used for secure electronic communication between entrepreneurs, legal entities and Czech government authorities (such as the Tax Office, Social Security Office etc.).
  • Having a Data Box is mandatory for all legal entities and entrepreneurs, and it is established automatically. If not accessed by the recipient, messages sent to the Data Box are deemed legally received after 10 days.
  • We will regularly monitor your Data Box in the Czech Republic to ensure all messages are handled properly and none are missed.
  • We will store the messages you receive on our secure servers. They will remain accessible even after they are automatically deleted from the Data Box. You will receive an email notification with a direct link to the repository when new messages are saved.
